While we get ASL classes ready for the Fall, here are a couple of events that may be of interest to you!
First is the ASL Pride Social which is a collaboration with Ontario Rainbow Alliance of the Deaf and we will be at High Park from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, July 18th. I hope you’ll join us! Read more and RSVP here! This is a Deaf 2SLGBTQIA space but allies are welcome. Make good use of your ASL skills while you play games, eat or even go swimming across from the picnic site!
On Monday, August 25th, we are going to host an Intro to ASL workshop in Kingston! Join us and please share this link with those you think may be interested. At this time due to limited resources, we are only able to set up a workshop and will provide participants with resources on how to continue learning ASL after the workshop!
